Scope of Work:
Overall Consultancy & Delivery
• Confident to deliver projects independently with minimal supervision (e.g. requirement gathering, design, build, testing).
• Support project leads in delivering client engagements from start to finish.
• Engage with clients professionally and build trust through consistent delivery and communication.
• Demonstrate solid stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams and maintain visibility across projects.
• Ensure project governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards are met across all deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and capability uplift within the team.
Pre-sales & Business Development Contribution
• Support initial client engagement, including preparing materials for demo sessions and assisting in proposal development.
• Participate in ideation and innovation sessions to enhance delivery approaches or identify new value propositions.
• Contribute to account growth by identifying potential follow-on work or client needs during delivery.
• Build a network of contacts across the client’s business to support future opportunities.
Technical Leadership
• Actively pursue and maintain certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Collibra, Ataccama).
• Show depth in at least one key area or platform, becoming a go-to team member for delivery support in that area (e.g. DQ, MDM, Governance roll out and adoption, operating models, workflows development, etc.).
• Support junior consultants with technical queries, peer reviews, and solution guidance.
• Contribute to internal best practice development, templates, or accelerators.
