In this role, you’ll:
• Propose, analyze, and measure personalized campaigns
• Perform audience segmentation and targeting
• Optimize incentives such as cashback, reload bonuses, and leaderboards
• Measure the impact of all initiatives
• Analyze key indicators on a weekly and monthly basis: staking, NGR, margin, bonuses, retention, expansion, and segment activity
• Identify changes in player behavior, downward trends, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with the data team to extract and automate actionable insights
• Develop hospitality plans, events, and in-person experiences for VIPs
• Recommend adjustments to VIP tiers based on staking, not just NGR
• Identify high-potential clients (near-miss NGR or staking targets)
• Provide technical support to VIP coordinators and agents in data reading and behavioral interpretation
• Build custom reports or dashboards per VIP pool or coordinator
• Conduct A/B tests to validate campaign effectiveness
• Document learnings and iterate on incentive strategies
We’re looking for someone who brings:
• Vast experience in data-driven campaign analysis and design
• Strong understanding of KPIs in online gaming or performance-driven industries
• Ability to translate behavioral insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with segmentation strategies and incentive optimization
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus points if you also have:
• Experience working with VIP programs in the online gaming or sports betting industry
• Knowledge of tools like Looker, Power BI, or similar
• Previous involvement in event planning or hospitality strategy for high-value clients
• Understanding of loyalty mechanics and CRM-based targeting
