About this role

The Regional On-Site Manager is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants real ownership of results. You will oversee multiple on-site staffing programs across a designated region, serving as the trusted bridge between clients, branch teams, and on-site staff, and as the leader your teams look to for direction and support. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will help build strong foundations for brand-new sites and identify opportunities to grow placements and revenue across your client portfolio.

This is not a routine, 9-to-5 role. Expect frequent, extended travel — including out of state — long hours when the business needs them, and priorities that can shift quickly. In exchange, you will get a direct hand in shaping new and existing programs, and a clear path toward senior operational leadership.

What You’ll Own

Client Relationships

• Serve as a primary point of contact between site staff, branch teams, and on-site staffing teams.

• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at every level.

• Get ahead of client concerns and resolve them with an eye toward long-term partnership.

Program Leadership

• Lead multiple on-site locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Partner with on-site managers to track performance, retention, attendance, and program health.

• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence at your sites — you will know what is happening because you are there.

Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and support on-site managers and coordinators across your region.

• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure your teams have the training and support they need to succeed.

Operational Excellence

• Partner with branch teams on fulfillment, timekeeping, onboarding, and workforce productivity.

• Keep payroll, billing, and compliance accurate and on track.

• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce costs and boost performance.

Strategic Growth

• Spot opportunities to grow headcount, improve fill rates, and expand services at existing client sites.

• Partner with sales and leadership to introduce new solutions to clients.

• Help stand up strong foundations for brand-new teams and sites as your region expands.

• Represent Accurate Personnel in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as a strategic workforce partner.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or client services, including 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple accounts or sites.

• A strong track record of driving client satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfort managing competing priorities and shifting schedules without missing a beat.

• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and staffing industry technologies (e.g., VMS, ATS).

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Travel & Schedule

• Frequent, extended travel across the region — including out-of-state travel — to support existing locations and help launch new sites (up to 75%).

• Flexible hours that follow the needs of clients and sites; this role moves at the pace of the business.

• Best suited to someone energized by movement and change, not routine — and ready to build something lasting.
