About this role
The Regional On-Site Manager is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants real ownership of results. You will oversee multiple on-site staffing programs across a designated region, serving as the trusted bridge between clients, branch teams, and on-site staff, and as the leader your teams look to for direction and support. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will help build strong foundations for brand-new sites and identify opportunities to grow placements and revenue across your client portfolio.
This is not a routine, 9-to-5 role. Expect frequent, extended travel — including out of state — long hours when the business needs them, and priorities that can shift quickly. In exchange, you will get a direct hand in shaping new and existing programs, and a clear path toward senior operational leadership.
