The Role: Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager)

As an Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager), you’ll leverage our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations—no coding required.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform
Translate end-to-end accounting workflows into automation logic
Lead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform
Document best practices and develop user-friendly resources
Provide actionable product feedback to our engineering team
Stay current with developments in accounting, finance, and automation technology
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping)
Strong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology
Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement–minded
Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required)
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player
Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no-code solutions
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000–$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience
