We’re now recruiting Residential Childcare Workers to join our home!
About the Role
Based in one of our children’s residential homes, you’ll support young people with challenging behaviour, requiring flexibility, resilience, honesty and strong organisational skills. You’ll be committed to delivering high-quality care that helps each young person achieve positive outcomes.
This is a permanent role with great career prospects and full training within a growing organisation. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week on a two days on / four days off shift pattern, including two sleep-ins. You’ll also receive generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime and a performance-related bonus.
Essential Skills
A full UK manual driving licenceThe ability to work independently with accuracy and maintain clear, organised recordsStrong interpersonal skills and a positive team-player approachAbility to complete daily records to statutory and policy standardsAn empathetic, patient and supportive approachGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to engage, motivate and encourage young people Desirable Skills
