The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to manage our transport operation at our manufacturing site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of packaging solutions to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing Managing daily transport planning, routing, load fill and fleet optimisationDriver debrief, supervising, holiday/absence cover, on road issuesArranging couriers / third partiesAdherence to O Licence rules and complianceOrganising vehicle maintenance and repairsCollaborating with other departments, e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Design, Planning and ProductionReports, Admin, Record keeping What We're Looking For Proven transport management experience within a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environmentStrong knowledge of HGV operations, driver hours, and transport complianceExcellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the businessStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeCPC in Transport Management is desirable but not essentialPlanning – forward thinkingOrganised with attention to detailGood Geographical knowledge Why Join Us?
