Estimated Start: October 2026 Location: Office of Human Resources - Onboarding, Fingerprinting & Volunteer Services District Complex, 7227 Land O' Lakes Blvd., Land O' Lakes, Florida 34638 School Related Personnel (SRP) 245 Days Per Year Full-time, Benefit Eligible JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing advanced, specialized, administrative support by assisting with the hiring process, onboarding of employees, maintaining accurate employee data, processing related forms and documents, and providing customer service. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited institution
• One year of clerical, data entry, and/or customer service experience
• OR
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Interpret applicable local, state, and federal statutes
• Expierence with screening platforms (Clearinghouse, FALCON, Comprehensive Case Information System, etc.)
• Review and assess background screening results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)
