Campus Secretary Premier High School – Fort Worth Southside Position Summary Premier High School – Fort Worth Southside is seeking an experienced, highly organized Campus Secretary to serve as a key member of our campus operations team. This position manages the daily functions of a busy front office and plays a critical role in student enrollment, attendance, records, data accuracy, and family communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent service to students, families, staff, and visitors. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous school office, registrar, attendance, or administrative experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of PEIMS and student information systems
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining student/campus data
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to frequent interaction with students, prospective families, and parents/guardians throughout the enrollment and attendance processes
• Exceptional organizational and records-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling student and personnel information
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities
• Support and monitor the student enrollment process from initial inquiry through completed enrollment
• Maintain accurate student attendance information and support attendance follow-up efforts
• Support PEIMS-related data collection, verification, and reporting
• Maintain campus records, spreadsheets, reports, and required documentation
• Manage the daily flow and operations of a busy campus front office
• Communicate professionally and effectively with prospective families, current families, students, staff, and visitors
• Assist campus leadership with administrative and operational needs
• Help ensure critical campus processes are completed accurately and on time
