SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Exceptional Student Services PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR: Shawn Little POSITION: Homebound Teacher POSITION DATES: FY 26-27 School Year OTHER RELATED INFORMATION: Responsibilities:
• Provide instruction to students designated as Homebound due to medical needs.
• Provide assistance to complete classroom assignments as well as any accommodations/modifications necessary.
• Provide special education services and case management as necessary.
Position Requirements: Certified General Education and/or Special Education Teacher based on students needs. Additional information:
• Hours are documented weekly and paid through payroll during each pay period of service.
• Minimum of 4 hours of service per student, per week provided either through in-person home services or tele-instruction.
