Ability to install, maintain, repair and terminate copper and fiber optic cabling. Assist with replacement and maintenance of UPS units throughout the county. Ability to install visual presentation displays such as short throw projectors and flat panel displays. Experience with Cisco Call Manager and configuration of VOIP phones.

Seminole County Public Schools uses the statewide screening database, Care Provider Clearinghouse to determine the eligibility of prospective employees. The Care Provider Clearinghouse is administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for background screening results for persons screened for employment or licensure that provide services to children, the elderly and disabled individuals. The Clearinghouse allows the results of criminal history checks to be shared among participating agencies, reducing duplication and costs; including more up to date information and on-line tracking of the screening process.
