About this role
Maintains all aspects of student attendance and truancy as well as supporting registration functions at the assigned building. Serves as a primary resource to staff, students, parents and the general public and supports other office personnel in regular duties in order to meet work priorities. This is a 10 month position.
• Performs general clerical support and record keeping functions for the assigned building.
• Supports student attendance policy and procedures.
• Provides support to students, families, and staff with enrollment and registration.
• Provides support to high school security staff to maintain a safe environment
• Provides support to staff regarding leave and substitute management.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent; and/or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above described duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar or like position
• Graduate of an associate's degree or higher in office related field.
