Office Professional III, Bay High Focus Program, Executive, 260 days, 8 hrs/day The candidate needs to be a positive team member who can establish a professional and respectful rapport with students, staff, parents, and visitors to the school. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a small team are required. Responsible for the organization and management of the clerical/support staff within a high school setting serving up to 100 students. The candidate must be willing to learn new skills as needed, be adaptable, and problem-solve. Knowledge of Synergy, WFM, Archibus, Docushare, and Google Docs is preferred. Responsible for office supervision, registrar duties, maintaining the master calendar and scheduling for the building, ordering, working with all mailing/correspondence that goes to families and guardians as well as community partners, payroll, bookkeeper, attendance, and other duties as requested by the Focus Program Administrator. Requirements: Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, word processing, and data entry skills, HS diploma or GED. Office experience in a school setting is preferred. Interest in working closely with students is required, as this is a small program with high student contact.
