About this role
The Operations Analyst - Occupational Healthcare supports the operational delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of Medmark’s Health Surveillance services by analysing operational workflows, coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare service delivery across clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client and regulatory requirements. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients, the role contributes to operational performance analysis, supports the management and optimization of key service areas within the Health Surveillance program, and helps drive the delivery of high-quality occupational health services both onsite and offsite while ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant occupational health legislation.
