About this role
Groom, tack and untack horses; Assist Riders (with additional needs) to mount & dismount from the horse; Lead a horse safely under the direction of Coach / Therapist; Help maintain relevant records / fill in paperwork; Follow strict health and safety guidelines in the yard; Notify the Yard Manager of any issues with horses or equipment in a timely manner; Communicate with all persons in a positive and respectful manner..
