AA UNITY FOODS LIMITED, trading as The Dosa Spot, is recruiting a Chef de Partie specialising in kebab preparation for a full-time, permanent position. Place of Employment: The Dosa Spot, 35 Washington Street, Cork, T12 DHX2, Ireland. Annual Salary: €37,000 gross Working Hours: 39 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Key Responsibilities: • Manage the kebab and grill section, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation and timely service. • Prepare and cook kebabs and grilled dishes, including meat preparation, marination, sauces and accompaniments. • Assist the Head Chef with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations. • Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, storage and portion control. • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required. • Maintain food safety, allergen management and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP procedures. Candidate Requirements: • A minimum of two years’ proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in an equivalent chef role. • Demonstrable expertise in kebab preparation, marination and grilling techniques. • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen management. • Good organizational and teamwork skills. • Ability to manage a kitchen section effectively during busy service periods.
