Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includesevaluating the progress of the organization towards meeting goals; developing course of action within the established policy to accomplish the organization's mission; and providing leadership to subordinate commands of the organization and staff. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
