QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise; 2) Developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures; 3) Managing operational requirements; 4) Developing acquisition and sustainment strategies. Major DutiesYou will assist in development of process improvements to improve product cycle times.You will produce cost and schedule performance information and facilitates integration of cost and schedule performance information and technical performance indicators.You will ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation by contractors, field activities and participating government agencies.You will translate program guidance into policy direction and provides assistance to the team or program office staff, team members and leadership.You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters.
