QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with budgeting and monitoring execution of engineering projects throughout the life-cycle, including test and evaluation (T&E), production, executing technical audits and engaging in multi-agency test coordination efforts. Major DutiesYou will serve as the Program Manager for Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI), overseeing the design, development, test and evaluation (TE), and production of launch and terminal area support systems.You will develop funding requirements and life cycle cost profiles, managing financial performance and defending program plans to senior leadership.You will ensure that all flight test program requirements are implemented by applicable contractors for assigned support systemsYou will coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to develop contracts aligned with the organizations objectives, maintain relevant documentation and provide supporting data for resource requirements.
