Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND located in Millington, Tennessee.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Serving as a principal advisor to executive leadership (e.g., General/Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service level) on the strategic direction, design, and implementation of enterprise-level business processes for major supply chain, human capital, or manpower programs; 2) Directing the development, monitoring, and execution of an enterprise-level military enlisted/personnel supply chain process and overseeing accession or quota management as an authoritative source; 3) Leading the development of enterprise performance metrics, leading/lagging indicators, and strategic briefings to inform executive decisions and represent the organization on joint-service or enterprise-level committees; and 4) Providing supervisory and administrative oversight by directing subordinate supervisors (e.g., GS-14 or military equivalent level) and multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of key program objectives. Major DutiesYou will serve as a principal advisor to General/Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders on enterprise supply chain and manpower program operations.You will direct the design, execution, and continuous monitoring of an enterprise-level enlisted personnel and manpower supply chain pipeline.You will serve as the authoritative source and lead technical authority for enterprise quota management, accession planning, and distribution models.You will formulate and lead the development of enterprise performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading and lagging indicators.You will represent the organization as a senior subject matter expert on joint-service, Department of Defense, and high-level stakeholder committees.You will prepare and present comprehensive strategic briefings, executive summaries, and decision packages to senior military and civilian executives.You will conceptualize, plan, and execute high-visibility studies and analytical evaluations to optimize organizational efficiency and business processes.
