Job SummaryThis position is located at Dugway Proving Grounds in Dugway, UT. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. QualificationsResumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application.
Major DutiesSets up bar for operation, obtain cash bank and stock Bar.Keeps bar work area clean and orderly.Collect sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary.Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicatedPerforms other duties as assigned.
