Job SummaryYou will serve as a Program Analyst for the CAS IPT at PMA-226 within the FLTREADCEN EAST.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal Service, with Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise, developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures, effectively managing operational requirements, and developing acquisition and sustainment strategies. Major DutiesYou will provide program management expertise and supports requirements to plan and monitor execution of projectsYou will assist with development of comprehensive plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progressYou will assist team leadership with identifying resource requirements (funding, manpower, contractors, etc.) for development and production of stakeholder demands.You will assist in preparation of briefs for internal and external customers and leadsYou will evaluate all acquisition activities associated with the assigned taskingYou will assist in making formal presentations on program status, funding status, new proposals/initiatives and policy changes to all levels of officialsYou will assist in development of process improvements to improve product cycle times.
