Job SummaryYou will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager (FFSC) in the Department of the Navy of NAVSTA GTMO, Cuba.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Experience managing and executing comprehensive military quality-of-life, family readiness, or social service programs at an enterprise or installation level. 2. Experience leading and supervising a multidisciplinary professional and administrative staff. 3. Applying quality assurance (QA) protocols to meet program accreditation or compliance standards. 4. Experience monitoring and verifying contract deliverables. Major DutiesYou will identify installation needs and concerns and present plans, recommendations, and assistance to correct readiness and retention issues.You will serve as the principal advisor to the installation CO on FFSC related program delivery.You will develop plans for facility improvement and equipment improvement/replacement required to perform services made available.You will supervise subordinate supervisors and serve as second level supervisor to professional and administrative civilian, military, non-appropriated fund (NAF) and volunteer staff assigned to the FFSC.
