About this role

People Capability Coordinator - 12 Months Fixed Term - Jandakot As an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll provide administrative and coordination support to the People Capability function while helping ensure our training activities, records, and compliance requirements are managed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate meetings, training activities, communications, reporting and stakeholder engagements. Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, workshops and learning programs. Manage training requests, enrolments, completions, awards and related documentation. Maintain accurate training and competency records. Provide reception and front-of-house support for visitors and customers. Assist with reporting, record management, document preparation and data entry activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and training administration practices. What We're Looking For Proven experience in administration, coordination or customer-facing support roles. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive stakeholder relationships. Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and take initiative. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality outcomes. Experience supporting senior leaders Any relevant qualifications (Certificate IV TAE or Business Administration) will be highly regarded.
