As a Senior Return to Work Advisor , you'll play a critical role in supporting employees through recovery while helping leaders, health professionals and stakeholders achieve safe, sustainable return to work outcomes. Reporting to the Superintendent - Safety, Health and Training, you'll: Lead complex injury management and workers compensation cases through to successful recovery outcomes. Partner with leaders, employees and medical providers to develop effective recovery at work plans. Provide trusted advice on injury management, workers compensation and fitness for work matters. Monitor claims performance, identify trends and deliver insights that improve outcomes and reduce costs. Coach leaders and strengthen organisational capability in injury management and return to work practices. Drive continuous improvement across injury management systems, procedures and governance. Relevant qualifications in occupational health, rehabilitation, allied health, nursing, workers compensation, human resources or a related discipline. Current SIRA NSW Return to Work Coordinator training (or recognised equivalent). Significant experience managing workplace injuries, workers compensation claims and recovery at work programs. Demonstrated capability managing complex and high-risk cases independently. Strong working knowledge of NSW workers compensation and associated legislative requirements. Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills. A current unrestricted driver's licence. Experience within mining, heavy industry, construction or another safety critical environment will be highly regarded. Ready to create your career highlight with us?
