This is a part time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. WHAT AWAITS YOU. Support the US Technical Service Department by communicating technical and non-technical information to BMW and MINI dealerships, analyzing data to identify issues, and creating presentations for management and product engineers. Evaluate service processes, improve efficiency, and develop enhanced methods of delivering information to customers. Gain exposure to BMW Aftersales processes and tools by collaborating with teams across Technical Service, Aftersales Business Development, and Group University. Assist Product Engineers with ISTA vehicle programming verification, vehicle diagnostics, and validation of repair instructions. Support Product Engineers in troubleshooting dealer-reported vehicle issues and developing solutions through collaboration with BMW AG colleagues in Munich. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week) WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.
