More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Project Safety Assurance Manager to ensure that the safety of our signalling solutions is embedded throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. This is a critical role focused on delivering safe, compliant and reliable railway systems that keep passengers and cities moving. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact Coordinate all Safety Assurance activities throughout signalling projects Define Safety Plans and manage safety workload, priorities and planning Perform safety analyses, manage Hazard Logs and review design, V&V and testing activities from a safety perspective Build Safety Reports and Safety Cases in line with project requirements and standards Defend Safety Case argumentation with internal and external assessors and drive closure of findings Provide technical leadership and guidance across project phases, from tender through commissioning and warranty Ensure compliance with CENELEC standards and safety assurance methodologies Lead and support Safety Assurance Engineers assigned to project. You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management and system delivery - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
