Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 Lead a road planning team of subordinates to follow SOP Manage routing design of pickup/ delivery Be responsible for order consolidation, loading planning and truck planning Provide timely response to customer’s normal and urgent orders Monitor and record service provider’s performance Organize and provide regular training to service providers on safety driving, security management, cargo loading/unloading, procedure management, product specialty, etc Organize and conduct regular on site audit and spot check with service providers to ensure continuous improvement on service and quality Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, service provider, customers’ suppliers and relevant if required Communications 沟通对象 Internal 内部: External 外部: Job Requirements 任职资格 Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验 Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience on transportation operation, truck planning or related Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识 Professional Knowledge 专业知识: Software Skills 软件技能: Language Skills 语言技能: Competency 能力要求 Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong calculation capability, optimization sense Be familiar with main road/traffic condition in GC and know well about local transportation regulation Passionate and strong team sprit Good MS office in Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoke DSV – Global transport and logistics Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
