JOB TITLE Mall Associate | MAF Properties | West Region
ROLE SUMMARY The position is responsible to manage all the Mall related administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day functioning of the assigned Mall including reporting to the Mall Management on a timely basis.
ROLE PROFILE
• Collect and manage retailer sales data, including audited sales reports, within agreed timelines. • Develop and maintain sales forecasting reports/modules for mall retailers. • Ensure all tenant compliance documents are collected and renewed, including trade licenses, insurance certificates, and audited sales certificates. • Manage rent collection, monitor outstanding balances, and minimize overdue payments. • Prepare and submit mall financial reports and P&L analysis accurately and on time. • Support the Operations Manager and Senior Manager with business, operational, and administrative activities. • Maintain organized filing systems and operational records while ensuring document security and controlled access. • Participate in mall review meetings, provide operational reports, and ensure compliance with MAF policies, procedures, code of conduct, and company values.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in administration, reporting, and operational support. • Retail or shopping mall experience is preferred, ideally within the GCC. • Strong reporting and documentation skills. • Experience managing purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and payments. • Experience maintaining budgets and financial records.
