Job Title: Industrial & Facilities Maintenance Technician IIIJob DescriptionThe Industrial & Facilities Maintenance Technician II maintains, installs, and repairs facility and automation equipment within a Dream Fulfillment Center. This role independently handles complex maintenance assignments, ensures safe and reliable operation of building and industrial systems, and provides oversight and guidance to junior technicians on their more complex work assignments.Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and repair facility and automation equipment within the Dream Fulfillment Center with minimal oversight, including more complex work assignments. • Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems while strictly following all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements. • Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment such as air compressors, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Inspect work performed by other maintenance team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time, and reprioritize or redirect efforts when necessary. • Communicate regularly with the Facilities Manager and operations leaders and team members regarding the status of repair work and any potential impact on operations. • Ensure clear and detailed shift handoffs to support smooth transitions of ongoing work to the next shift. • Lead and perform project work that supports daily warehouse operations, including coordinating and directing the work of other team members when assigned to lead projects. • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective completion of work. • Train maintenance team members as needed in maintenance procedures, safety practices, and proper use of tools and equipment. • Perform general facility and building maintenance tasks as required to support continuous and efficient operations. Essential Skills

• Demonstrated facility and industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse or similar environment. • Strong experience in preventive maintenance for industrial equipment and building systems. • Hands-on experience working with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives). • Proficiency in electrical maintenance, including motors, wiring, and power distribution for industrial equipment. • Experience with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair of boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and general HVAC components. • Ability to diagnose and repair conveyor systems and powered industrial equipment. • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics used in industrial and automation equipment. • Experience with building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic methods. • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems, including Siemens platforms. • Ability to safely operate and work around forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. • Understanding and application of safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and safe use of power tools. • Ability to inspect and evaluate the work of others to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to standards. • Strong communication skills to provide clear updates to leadership and team members. • Ability to lead projects and coordinate the work of other technicians when assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• EPA-related certification or training relevant to HVAC and environmental systems. • Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMM) to track work orders and maintenance activities. • Familiarity with Siemens PLCs and industrial automation platforms. • Experience coordinating work with third-party vendors and contractors. • Experience training and mentoring junior maintenance technicians. • Comfort working with a variety of power tools and industrial equipment. • Carpentry skills for facility repairs and modifications. • General mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems and technologies. The standard schedule for this role runs from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., providing a consistent shift structure. You will work around powered industrial equipment, conveyor systems, HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and other building systems while using a variety of power tools and diagnostic equipment. The environment emphasizes strict adherence to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and requires appropriate work attire suitable for an industrial and warehouse setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
