• Monday-Friday • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM • Paid 30-minute lunch • Every other Saturday as needed • Additional overtime available during peak production periods Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment • Perform maintenance on conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems • Work with 3-phase/480V electrical equipment • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals • Perform light welding and fabrication work as needed • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Qualifications
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes, and motors • Experience working with industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase/480V • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings • MIG and Stick welding experience preferred • Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or heavy industrial environments Preferred Experience
