For EMPWR in Leerdam, we are looking for a decisive and hands-on Line Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a production team on a daily basis and ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. What are you going to do? As a Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for one or more production lines. You will ensure that production targets are achieved and that employees can perform at their best. In addition, you will play a key role in improving processes and operational results.Your main responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and coach the production team on a daily basis; - Ensure optimal workforce planning and staffing levels; - Deliver the production plan while meeting quality, safety, and productivity targets; - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment; - Oversee the correct execution of production, changeover, and cleaning activities; - Analyze KPIs and production performance and translate findings into concrete improvement actions; - Initiate and lead improvement projects and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs); - Coordinate operational disruptions together with Planning, Quality, and the Technical Department; - Act as the first point of contact within the production shift; - Substitute the Production Supervisor during absences. You will report to the Production Supervisor and lead a team of approximately 10 to 40 employees.
