About this role
As a Production Employee, you help keep the production process running smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the products are produced, packed and checked correctly. Your responsibilities include: - Operating and monitoring production machines; - Packing and repacking soft drink products; - Checking the quality of products and packaging; - Keeping the production line running smoothly; - Identifying small problems or disruptions; - Keeping your workplace clean and safe; - Working in different areas of the production process; - Helping and supporting new colleagues. Working hours You will work full-time in a 2-shift schedule: - Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00 - Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00 Your hourly wage is €17.52 gross, including a 13% shift allowance. - You are available full-time; - You are willing to work in two shifts; - You enjoy working in a production environment; - You are interested in machines and technology; - You work safely and accurately; - You can communicate in Dutch and/or English; - Experience in production or logistics is an advantage, but not always necessary; - A VCA or forklift certificate is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain certificates. Most importantly, you are motivated and ready to work!
