Are you an experienced people manager within a manufacturing environment? Do you know how to balance safety, quality and productivity? And are you a hands-on leader who motivates teams to achieve the best results every day? What are you going to do? As a Line Supervisor, you will oversee one or more production lines and lead a team of 10 to 40 employees. You will play a key role in optimizing production performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. In the absence of the Production Supervisor, you will act as their deputy. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach and develop production employees while ensuring optimal staffing levels. - Deliver the production plan while meeting safety, quality, output and cost targets. - Monitor production, changeover and cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with operational standards. - Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects. - Coordinate operational issues with Planning, Quality and Maintenance, and act as deputy for the Production Supervisor when required. What do we offer? - 500 gross sign-on bonus after 3 months. - Monthly salary between €3,936 and €4,800 gross, excluding shift allowances. - Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer. - 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance. - Access to online training modules and development opportunities. - Opportunity to secure a permanent contract.
