Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Business Solution Analist Front-End Role purpose: Translate business needs into clear front-end solution requirements, ensuring user-focused, scalable, and measurable digital outcomes. - Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for front-end features and improvements. - Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/UX flows aligned with stakeholder goals. - Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines. - Support sprint planning and backlog refinement; clarify requirements throughout development. - Define and monitor KPIs, analytics events, and success metrics for front-end releases. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demos, and feedback cycles to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure solutions meet quality, accessibility, and compliance expectations where applicable. Required skills and qualifications - Business analysis: requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management. - Front-end domain knowledge: web application concepts, responsive design, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript. - Agile delivery: experience with Scrum/Kanban, user stories, and acceptance testing. - Communication: ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Tools: familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or similar), wireframing/prototyping tools, and analytics platforms.
