Support complex securities transactions with 5 teammates across London and Utrecht, helping deal teams stay in control from preparation to aftercare. You & your role What does your day look like when no transaction is standard and every detail matters? As Transaction Processing Officer Securities, you know the secrets of keeping complex pre-trade processes accurate, controlled and moving. You support new issues, bond and equity listings, private placements, reimbursements and lifecycle events, while staying connected with deal teams and stakeholders across London and Utrecht. In this role, you switch quickly between bespoke tasks, solve operational challenges and help make sure every transaction is handled with care.
