Good work!Over de functieAs a Junior Production Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you are an essential part of our daily production process. Each day, you’ll operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure our nut-based snacks maintain the highest quality. Your focus on accuracy and efficiency helps keep the production line running smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting minor issues, performing quality checks, and handling routine maintenance on equipment. Your main responsibilities include: - Operating and monitoring packaging machines to keep the production line moving - Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet our standards - Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery - Quickly solving simple technical issues to prevent downtime - Working safely and efficiently as part of a team - Keeping your work area organized and hygienic You’ll work full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. The shifts are: - Morning: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. - Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. - Night: 10:00 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. Occasional weekend work may be required, with extra pay for those shifts.
