TRIUS Maintenance Manager Zuid Holland About the role As Maintenance Manager, you lead the Maintenance team and are accountable for strategy, planning, execution and continuous improvement of all maintenance activities. You balance operational priorities with long term objectives and act as a key stakeholder within the organization. Your responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing the maintenance strategy in line with business objectives • Ensuring availability, reliability and safety of all technical assets and installations • Leading, coaching and developing the Maintenance team • Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs and long term asset plans • Setting priorities, planning resources and controlling budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) • Driving process improvements, standardization and performance optimization • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, standards and audits • Managing contractors, suppliers and service agreements • Reporting on maintenance performance, risks and improvement initiatives • Acting as a key interface with Operations, Projects, Engineering and Management • Guiding the organization towards the maintenance strategy • Responsibility for further developing the department and positioning it within the organization Your Qualifications • Bachelor level working and thinking level (technical or engineering background preferred) • Proven experience in a maintenance management or senior maintenance role • Experience with further developing the department and positioning it within the organization • Strong leadership and people management skills • Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical and/or hydraulic systems • Experience with asset management, maintenance planning and reliability improvement • Strong analytical, organizational and decision making capabilities • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety Some practical things we need you t...
