As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees. You will ensure a warm, professional, and safe welcome and help maintain a professional work environment. You have a strong presence, are attentive to what's happening around you, and know exactly when to take action. From greeting and assisting visitors to managing visitor badges and supporting facility operations, you ensure that everything at the reception desk runs smoothly and professionally. You maintain a visible presence on the work floor and are attentive to what is happening around you. You identify where support is needed, keep the reception area neat and presentable, and conduct building rounds as needed. Safety is an important part of your job. You identify unusual or undesirable situations and respond appropriately. You also address employees when safety procedures are not followed. In addition, you'll collaborate with other facilities service providers, participate in weekly kick-off meetings and FM meetings, and assist with administrative and other hospitality tasks. You'll actively gather feedback from employees about facilities services and contribute ideas for improvements. As part of the job, you'll work on-call shifts .
