Then we are looking for your talent!For our Cluster Groups, Conferences & Events department, we are looking for an organized and proactive Billing Coordinator who will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of all Groups, Meetings & Events business across our cluster hotels: Hilton The Hague, Hilton Rotterdam, and DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen.As a Cluster C&E Billing Coordinator, you will report to the Groups, Conferences & Events Manager and work closely with the Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure all event revenues are accurately invoiced and recorded. Functie-eisen: What will I be doing?As Cluster C&E Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the billing lifecycle of all Groups, Conferences & Events business within the cluster. You will ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, revenue is correctly allocated, and client queries are handled professionally.Your main responsibilities include: • Following up on outstanding Pro Forma payments and confirming receipt before events. • Preparing accurate final invoices based on signed contracts, BEOs, and event consumption. • Ensuring all attendance numbers, additional services, and incidental charges are recorded and invoiced correctly. • Delivering final invoices within five days after the conclusion of an event. • Reviewing DocMX daily and ensuring invoices are indexed and processed correctly. • Managing customer billing queries and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. • Processing refunds promptly once required documentation has been received. • Creating secure payment links through PayByLink and supporting clients with payment pr
