Receptionist We are currently looking for a receptionist to work 24 hours a week, starting immediately. Are you hospitable, presentable and do you enjoy helping people in a professional and friendly manner? Then we're looking for you! As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues. You'll ensure a warm welcome and, together with your colleagues, help to create a pleasant and professional working environment. What are you going to do? - Welcoming and attending to visitors. - Answering and transferring telephone calls. - Managing the general mailbox. - Processing post and parcels. - Scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms. - Carrying out various administrative and support tasks. - Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. - Working together with the team and supporting one another where necessary. - Assisting the caretaker with any tasks that arise during busy periods or special occasions. What do you bring to the table? You are friendly, service-minded and presentable. You have strong communication skills and are able to keep a clear head even during busy periods.
