This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investments, portfolio management and analytics, working closely with senior stakeholders to support some of our most important business decisions. You will combine quantitative analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis and market insights to assess portfolio performance, evaluate portfolio optimisation opportunities, and support investment and capital allocation decisions across our global portfolio. Your analysis will directly enable investment, redevelopment and capital allocation decisions across a globally diversified real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with 5 to 7 years of experience in investment analysis, strategy consulting, corporate finance, real estate, or analytics, who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing decisions through data-driven insights Your responsibilities As a Portfolio Specialist, you will: • Analyse portfolio composition, asset performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities to enhance long-term portfolio value. • Evaluate investment opportunities from a portfolio perspective, comparing expected returns, risks and strategic fit to support capital allocation decisions. • Develop scenario analyses and analytical frameworks to assess portfolio optimisation opportunities and inform executive decision-making. • Assess portfolio diversification, concentration risks and market trends to strengthen portfolio resilience and maximise long-term value creation. • Lead the Portfolio Valuation process, including analysing v...
