From straws to cutlery, cups, and packaging, the company's mission is to enable a clean, eco-friendly switch from single-use plastics to paper. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international and fast-paced environment, learn the ins and outs of international trade, and contribute to making the planet greener. Sales and Account Executive Key Responsibilities - Generate new leads and maintain strong client relationships. - Handle RFPs and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms for the company. - Prepare and manage company presentations and customer meetings independently. - Attend and represent Hello Straw at trade shows. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. - Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. - Set sales targets and KPIs and track progress. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Background in packaging, drinks & food, horeca, or retail industries ; alternatively, experience in sports and football-related fields is also welcome. - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus. - Understanding of basic supply chain and sales processes. - Passionate about sal...
