Role Overview: Are you a people-person who loves paper almost as much as people? Ream Dream Paper Company is looking for a Customer Success Intern who can turn frowns upside-down and ensure our paper leaves a lasting impression (and not just in the printer). Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries with a blend of professionalism and a pinch of wit. - Track shipments like a hawk; not all heroes wear capes, some just wield shipment tracking tools. - Dive deep into customer feedback to extract gems of insight or even just a good chuckle. - Help craft FAQs that are as informative as they are entertaining. - Develop customer retention strategies that stick-almost like our premium adhesive paper. - Maintain a lively log of customer interactions because every conversation with our customers is page-turning. Requirements: - Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Communications, or any field that appreciates a good paper joke. - Exceptional communication skills-able to explain the difference between lignin and Lenin. - Detail-oriented with a flair for drama when recounting customer sagas. - Multitasking prowess to manage multiple customer queries without breaking a sweat (or a seal). - A sense of humor that aligns with our brand-dry jokes welcome, dry paper not so much.
