We're looking for a Digital Color Test & Support Champion to help drive the quality, reliability, and success of our digital color solutions. In this role, you'll play a key part throughout the software lifecycle, from testing and validation to deployment and customer support. Working closely with product, technology, and business teams, you'll help ensure our solutions meet the highest quality standards while supporting users worldwide. What you'll do Drive software quality - Develop and implement structured testing approaches to ensure product quality and reliability. - Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities, identifying issues early and supporting timely resolution. - Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and best practices. Enhance customer support excellence - Help design and optimize support processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Investigate, manage, and resolve customer issues, including complex escalations when required. - Drive continuous improvements in support workflows and service delivery. Validate releases and solutions - Reproduce reported issues, validate fixes, and perform regression and release testing. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout development and release cycles. - Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for successful deployment. Build knowledge and enable success - Maintain and continuously improve knowledge articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user documentation. - Ensure issues, test results, and resolutions are accurately documented and shared. - Support knowledge transfer across teams to improve efficiency and consistency.
