You will be involved in the assessment, management, and follow-up of both donors and recipients, while taking responsibility for perioperative patient care and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. You will receive dedicated training in abdominal multi-organ retrieval as part of our supra-regional multi-organ retrieval service, offering a unique opportunity to develop advanced surgical expertise. Depending on your interests and career goals, you may also contribute to our liver and pancreatic resection programmes. Fellows are an integral part of our transplant and HPB teams and participate in the on-call schedules for adult kidney and liver transplantation, as well as multi-organ retrieval and HPB surgery.
