- Working at - Culture Change language to Dutch Assistant Site Manager Westland Full-time As Assistant Site Manager you will be the right hand of the Site Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the site. You will connect the daily work of the team with the strategic goals of the location. As Assistant Site Manager, you will carry a lot of responsibility: - You will bear ultimate responsibility for managing multiple teams and act as a sparring partner to the Site Manager; - Je hebt oog voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing in de dagelijkse processen; - You supervise and develop (new) employees and liaise with employment agencies; - You prepare the weekly schedule, including daily tasks and cost overview; - Ensures that the day's report is written before the day ends; - You will ride along with the cultivation round checklist so that you are always fully aware of the cultivation conditions.
