We are looking for a Channel & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our regional sales and partner operations team. In this role, you will combine performance reporting, data management, partner support and event coordination in an international environment where Mandarin and English are used on a daily basis. Your daily tasks include: - Support the full lifecycle of channel partners, including onboarding, registration, qualification, and certification; - Maintain accurate partner and performance data, with a strong focus on data processing, compliance, and record quality; - Collect, consolidate, and update regional sales and channel information for internal reporting purposes; - Prepare weekly and monthly reports and briefings for the regional team and headquarters; - Monitor business reviews, project processes, and operational compliance across sales and channel activities; - Coordinate customer invitation lists, RSVP tracking, and event logistics for regional marketing events and business initiatives; - Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of business processes; What do we offer? - A yearcontract to start with, salary between €3,200 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on your experience; - 24 vacation days to support a healthy work-life balance; - An attractive bonus scheme and salary increases every six months based on performance; - Access to an on-site gym and a modern company restaurant offering both Western and Asian meals; - A dynamic and international working environment at a leading technology company; - The opportunity to grow within marketing and develop your partner manage
