The basic infrastructure is in place; your focus is on remaining fit-out activities such as office layout, furniture, meeting and demonstration rooms, IT/server room, physical security measures, IT connectivity and the physical relocation. The role requires a hands-on, pragmatic approach, strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities - Coordinate the overall setup and fit-out of the office space - Determine required workplace capacity based on current and expected headcount - Coordinate the office layout, including workspaces, meeting rooms, demonstration room and IT/server room - Coordinate the setup of the IT/server room, including cooling requirements - Align IT connectivity and facility requirements with the internal IT team and relevant parties - Coordinate the implementation of physical security measures - Prepare and manage the relocation plan for IT equipment, furniture and the demonstration room - Coordinate the physical move to the new office environment - Maintain project planning and monitor progress, quality, risks, dependencies and budget - Identify potential issues and bottlenecks and proactively coordinate solutions - Communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders regarding planning, impact and progress - Coordinate closely with IT, Security, Real Estate and other internal stakeholders Your profile - Completed MBO or HBO degree, preferably in a technic...
