Make it possible As Senior Lean Proces Engineer, you will: - Lead improvement projects across our entire value chain, collaborating closely with other departments and experienced colleagues. - Improve material and logistics flows, design efficient processes, and support the creation of optimized workplaces. - Introduce and embed Industrial Best Practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company of FLC. - Support and train project teams in Industrial methods, Lean tools, and standards. - Establish and monitor performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. - Challenge the status quo by reviewing existing processes and KPIs to identify and resolve constraints and inefficiencies. - Facilitate workshops to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement. Your team You’ll join FLC, responsible for designing and constructing the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany. Our team is building not only the tunnel but also the facilities for prefabrication and accommodation, creating a unique “Tunnel village” for our workforce.
