We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment. 4to 6 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, transport or supply-chain operations. Strong understanding of international freight and export/import processes. Existing network of freight forwarders, carriers, transporters, customs brokers or logistics service providers. Strong coordination and communication skills. Good understanding of logistics documentation and shipment processes. Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written and verbal Dutch & English. Experience in the Rotterdam / Netherlands logistics market. Knowledge of European customs procedures. About the Opportunity: We are building our European operations from the ground up with Rotterdam as our base in the Netherlands. We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Export Pricing & Operations Coordinator to join us at this exciting stage. You will be one of the first people on the ground. You will work closely and directly with the management team to help establish our logistics operations in the Netherlands, from identifying and onboarding vendors, building relationships with freight partners to developing pricing, coordinating shipments, establishing processes and supporting customer requirements. About The Company: We are an established global logistics and supply-chain organisation with extensive experience across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing and international supply-chain solutions. We have offices across the globe - US, China, Dubai, Oman, Saudi, Singapore, Canada and 22 offices within India. As part of our international expansion, we are now establishing our European presence from Rotterdam. Our ambition is to develop the Netherlands into an important operational and commercial hub for our European activities and build a strong, reliable network across Europe.
